1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use r55t's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old. We do not provide any gaming services to minors.
• You are required to provide a valid and active mobile number and email address.
• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, r55t reserves the right to close all of them.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Keeping your account password and login details secure is entirely your responsibility. r55t is not liable for unauthorised use of your account.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

2 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on r55t:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer through major banks in Bangladesh.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (by any method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals are normally made using the same method through which funds were deposited.
• r55t will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the account holder's name. Transfers to third-party accounts will not be made.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious transactions, r55t may temporarily hold a withdrawal for verification purposes.
• In line with anti-money laundering policy, additional identity verification may be required for large transactions.

3 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Please read the following terms carefully before taking advantage of r55t's bonuses and promotions:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making a total of ৳3,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = winnings can be withdrawn after ৳30,000 in bets. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Bonuses have a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Only one account per household or IP address may claim a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is completed.
• r55t reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If any fraudulent activity related to bonuses is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

4 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

All games on r55t are operated fairly and transparently. Members must follow the rules below:

• Any form of cheating, use of software bots, or attempting to artificially influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions ("bonus hunting") is a breach of these Terms.
• Attempting to control game outcomes by colluding with other players ("collusion") is prohibited.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs in games to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. If such an incident occurs, our support team must be notified immediately.
• All games on r55t are secured with SSL encryption technology and fair play is ensured.
• In the event of any technical error related to game results, r55t reserves the right to make the final decision.

5 VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

r55t's VIP program has 5 levels. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

Advancement to a VIP level depends on your regular participation and activity on the platform. Cashback is added to your account automatically each week. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

r55t believes gaming is entertainment, not a financial solution. We place the highest importance on responsible gaming:

• You can request a temporary or permanent closure of your account at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Using third-party software, bots, or scripts to gain a gaming advantage.

• Opening an account using a false identity or forged documents.

For any of the above violations, r55t may close the relevant account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.

8 Account Verification (KYC)

r55t is required to follow Know Your Customer (KYC) policy for security and fraud prevention:

• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount.
• A National ID (NID), passport or driving licence, and proof of address may be requested for verification.
• Documents provided must be current and valid.
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is completed.
• If the information on submitted documents is found to be false or forged, the account will be closed.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

r55t places the highest importance on protecting your personal information:

10 Account Closure and Termination

An account may be closed voluntarily or by r55t's decision:

• Voluntary Closure: You may request account closure through the support team at any time. In this case, the existing balance can be withdrawn (if bonus wagering has not been completed, the bonus will be cancelled).
• Closure by r55t: In cases of Terms violations, r55t may close an account without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, the balance may be forfeited.
• Extended Inactivity: The applicable policy for accounts that have been inactive for an extended period will be communicated separately.

11 Limitation of Liability

r55t provides its services "as is" and is not responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues or technical failures of third parties.
• Service disruptions due to natural disasters, cyber attacks, or other unforeseen events.
• Losses resulting from careless use of your own account information.
• Financial losses from gaming — gaming always carries financial risk.

r55t will never accept liability for losses exceeding the amount you have deposited.

12 Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a disagreement or complaint about anything related to r55t:

• Changes to Terms: r55t may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the site.
• Partial Invalidity: If any provision is found to be legally invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
• Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the complete agreement between you and r55t and replace all previous oral or written understandings.
• Language: The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is authoritative. In case of any ambiguity or confusion, the Bengali text will apply.
